What has long been possible via Creator Studio could soon be possible for private profiles as well: posting via the desktop. If you have a Business and Creator profile on Instagram, you can easily pre-schedule your feed posts using the Creator Studio. However, this function has not yet been available to users without an “official” profile. Discovered now a feature test that makes this possible. Instagram itself has not yet commented on the test. So it remains exciting if and when the feature will be rolled out.

FUND FOR SHORTS CREATOR

100 million US dollars. This is how much YouTube invests in its own format for short videos. With this, YouTube is going all out to make shorts more attractive to creators. Creators receive money from the Shorts Fund for original content, engagement and views. In addition, you can enjoy new features, such as automatic subtitles or basic filters. It remains to be seen whether and to what extent YouTube can pose a threat to its competitor TikTok.

“FACEBOOK NEWS” LAUNCHED

In the U.S. already since October 2019 and now also in the UK in Germany: Facebook starts with quality journalism on its social media platform and introduces the feature “Facebook News”. Facebook is currently cooperating with 35 publishers and over 100 media brands. This includes, among others, the Axel Springer media group. These include personalized content, but also traditional sections such as business, entertainment and sports.
