YouTopia 2020
YOUTOPIA – TOGETHER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
YouTopia is a multi-day charity livestreaming event with some of Germany’s most famous YouTubers and a total of over 30 celebrity guests living together under one dome.
The ultimate goal: to raise awareness about climate change and collect tree donations. The 99-hour program on YouTube therefore includes talks with top experts, entertaining challenges and interactive community games.
Participants and guests include Jonas Ems, Kayla Shyx, Simon Will, Jacob Beautemps, HeyMoritz, Günter Jauch, Judith Rakers, Cem Özdemir, Eckart von Hirschhausen and Ranga Yogeshwar.
YouTopia will take place for the first time in 2020 and is a production of i&u TV and LEONINE in collaboration with YouTube/Google. The event is supported by selected sponsors with sustainability as a central corporate goal. The trees are planted together with the “Plant for the Planet” foundation.
