With an authentic communication for employers* to one of the most successful recruiting social media channels in Europe. Authentic, direct and in the thick of things. From 2016 to 2023, TACSY supported the Bundeswehr employer brand. Through a progressive social media strategy that offers new recruits and interested parties an unvarnished insight into the everyday life of servicemen and women, we picked up the community at eye level.
In close cooperation with the agencies CASTENOW and CROSSMEDIA, TACSY was responsible for the social media, channel and community management of the Bundeswehr Exclusive channels on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
It all started in 2016 with the hit series “Die Rekruten,” whose episodes made it to a top ranking in YouTube’s Germany Trends well over 60 times during their broadcast period.
In the meantime, the channel has generated over 500,000 subscribers, over 380 million views and over 18 million hours of playback time, as well as winning numerous awards such as the German Digital Award (including 3 gold), three GWA Effies and a total of 6 ADC Awards .
After “Die Rekruten” followed, among others, the also very successful Bundeswehr series MALI, DIE SPRINGER, KSK – KÄMPFE NIE FÜR DICH ALLEIN and BESATZUNG BRAVO.
In addition, MALI – the chatbot series made it to the shortlist for the Cannes Lion Awards 2018.
